Delivery Policy

Storeloom Studio sells digital products only. No physical product will be shipped. After order completion, customers receive instant access to their purchased digital files.

How delivery works

Access is provided immediately on your order access page after checkout. Depending on the product, access may include Canva links, Figma files, PNG/JPG previews, PDF guides, or other downloadable files.

• Your access page is shown on-screen immediately after payment.
• Each pack lists exactly which file formats it includes on its product page.
• Editable template links (Canva/Figma) open in a new tab; previews and guides download directly.

Saving your access

Customers should save their Order ID and email address for future access. You can re-open your order details and download links any time from the Order Status page using the same email and Order ID.

When delivery is complete

Delivery is considered complete when the digital access page is displayed and/or access details are provided.

Delivery problems

If a customer has trouble accessing files, they can contact support at support@storeloomstudio.comwith their Order ID and order email, and we'll help restore access promptly.
